How Does Reimbursement Work?

Every insurance company’s out-of-network policy is different. However, most insurances make filing for reimbursement easy with online access. Check your insurance website under ‘File A Claim’ to see steps.

Alternatively, we have partnered with Reimbursify.com to have them handle the filing for you. Simply click the button to file directly from our website!

In order to access your invoice (aka ‘superbill’) open your chart in our portal (PTEverywhere). The invoice is located in the payments tab. From there you may print, fax or email that invoice directly to your insurance company or upload it to Reimbursfiy.

*Please note that if you did not create a PTEverywhere account before your first appointment, chances are that you will need our office to send you a link to create your password before you can navigate to your patient portal. Please give us a call at 404-228-1935 and we’d be happy to help.
