Following the recommendations from my surgeon, I contacted KPP to schedule an appointment. Jenna answered the phone. At the beginning of the of our call, I had a brief hesitation to confirm the appointment after learning that I would seen by a female to discuss my “male” parts. Jenna’s kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease as she shared the company’s mission to help with my recovery. Then I became excited to meet the team.

When I arrived at office, Jenna greeted me as warm as she did on the phone, professional, personable and attentive. At the scheduled appointment time, I was greeted by Dr. Megan who led me to a private room.  She outlined their treatment program and confidently displayed a great understanding of my surgical procedure. I felt very comfortable discussing how I was feeling and that I was optimistic about the recovery plans.  A thorough exam followed with precise instructions to improve my weakens pelvic muscles. At the end of the appointment I was well informed and the recommendations were spot on.

It’s been 4 months since the surgery, and therapy exercises. I feel wonderful and I am so grateful that I was guided to KPP where I received the special care I needed.”
