My intro call was amazing – I was given hope and warmth. I was lucky to be able to get in the same day to see Laura Ross. Her knowledge and kindness settled all of my concerns. After meeting with Laura she also informed me that my initial diagnosis was false! I am so pleased with my experience and the professionalism that was shown.
