What is Our Cancellation Policy?

We value your time and dedicate specific one-on-one sessions for you. In exchange, we ask for your consideration in keeping your scheduled appointments. However, should you need to move your appointment please do so >24 hours in advance to allow others the chance to take the spot and to avoid a fee.

Not showing or canceling late (≤ 24 hour notice) will result in a fee. 

Changes to Monday appointments need to be completed by 12:00pm the Friday before.

Changes to your visits (scheduling, cancelling or rescheduling) are possible only by phone (email/text not accepted) to ensure accurate and timely communication.

If you call outside of our regular office hours, please leave a voicemail – your call will be time-stamped and honored based on when the message was left.
